BPC works with landowners to create conservation easements, which permanently protect land from development. These agreements are either bought or donated to BPC, who then monitors them to maintain their biodiversity and ecological integrity.

Tax-deductible land donation

Receive a substantial* tax write off by donating your land to BPC’s privately managed land conservancy portfolio, under a non-profit arm of BPC, LLC. All of BPC’s property holdings are managed and held as natural areas, under perpetual preservation.

Habitat and biodiversity management services focus on preserving and restoring natural ecosystems to support a diverse array native species species. These services often include:

Municipal Assistance

BPC can help communities build public parks and natural areas by offering advice and support with fundraising (from private and public sources), buying land, negotiating with property owners, improving land, and environmental management.
